Guides our work with clients and colleagues. Every client’s and colleague’s needs are unique and different, and we believe it’s our responsibility to discover, respond to and promote their individuality.

Celebrates the full depth and breadth of the world we live in. We strive to understand the diversity of the world and represent it in authentic and respectful ways.
INCLUSION
Demands that all people and all voices are seen, heard and valued. We believe we are better people and a better agency when more perspectives and more stories are shared and included.
Values
Everyone at GS&P contributes to the work, regardless of their role. There is no one right way to speak or act. People will tell you what they think, and they’ll expect you to do the same. There are many values that guide our work, yet the following are those most often present in our approach.
Humanity
We are better together. We believe that our greatest contribution to the industry lies in how we treat each other, our clients and the people we’re trying to reach. Respecting and acknowledging each other’s perspectives helps strengthen our collective impact in the world.
BEGINNER’S MIND
We don’t know everything. We believe that our best work comes from unlearning what we think we know by challenging our own assumptions and being open to challenges from others.
