Role & Responsibilities

Independently own and lead research projects from start to finish, setting the strategic research direction for your clients.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships - internally with colleagues across disciplines and externally with clients.

Guide strategy colleagues in determining the best research approach to get at the information that is needed. Must know various qualitative and quantitative approaches deeply to make the right recommendation. Know how to use the various methods independently for the most part, but also know how to collaborate with others to make a project better.

o   This includes ad hoc research, brand and ad trackers, concept or copy testing, naming/tagline, qualitative in-depth interviews, ethnographies and focus groups.

o   Know when to use/recommend advanced analytics:  conjoint/discrete choice, regression, correlation matrix. 

Bring strategic & creative ways of finding insight to the problem at hand

Ability to craft a compelling and inspiring presentation of the research. Includes landing on the key insights, a compelling narrative, and a clear visualization of the research findings.

Identify and correct implicit bias, racism, or other prejudices in any stage of the research process from design and hypotheses development through analysis.

Provide actionable insights that can influence the work, includes but not limited to interesting insights to inform learnings about a new audience, a brand’s positioning in the marketplace, findings to inform campaign optimization or other decision-making.

A confident presenter of research to internal and external teams.

Proactive communication with your senior leaders on your work and is not afraid to ask for mentorship from your seniors & proactively seek guidance.

Actively mentor junior strategists for their growth but also to produce the highest quality work for our clients.

Account Manager


ACCOUNT MANAGER :

We have an immediate opportunity for an Account Manager with a minimum of three to four years of advertising agency experience.

We are looking for candidates who can do the following:

Pro-actively lead the development process from ideas through execution

Support the growth and invest time in the development of the Assistant Account Managers on the account

Qualifications: 

You must have prior advertising agency experience, working in account management or project management with client contact. 

You have experience with broadcast production - and can manage a broadcast shoot.

Account Managers are responsible for managing people and processes, so it is essential that you have prior management experience.

Assistant Account Manager


We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager (AAM) to join our account management department. The AAM interacts with the client and is responsible for the daily maintenance of the client's business and managing the daily flow of work through the agency as it relates to their clients. This position interacts with all the disciplines of the agency. It is a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate managerial and entrepreneurial skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kick off projects starting with a client brief, and working with a strategy to develop a creative brief and get teams organized

Brief teams and build out the creative development and client review timeline

Lead client reviews, contact reports, and determining next steps

Assist in the development of social content: creative development, daily monitoring, reporting and analytics, budget and media planning

Assist in the development of digital content: banners, website updates, video content for pre-roll

Update internal and external status documents and lead weekly status calls with clients and agency partners

Present project updates internally and with clients/agency partners

Work and coordinate with different areas of the agency within specific timelines

Skills:

We have two openings: One is junior and we can accept candidates who have just graduated.  This is an Account Coordinator (AC) role.  The other is an Assistant Account Manager opening and we are looking for at least a year of applicable agency experience.

Communications Strategist


Communications Strategist

The role of Communication Strategy is the orchestration of how ideas live, engage, and spread. We believe media should not be viewed as only an outlet for communications, but should be an extension of brands and experiences.

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of Media Planning experience to join our Communications Strategy department.  In this role you will use your creativity and innovative thinking to assist our team in the day-to-day implementation of communication strategies and plans
 

Responsibilities Include:

Apply understanding of client objectives, consumers and media to planning
Teach and manage a Junior Communication Strategist
Contribute to media evaluation and selection
Manage fulfillment of media, including billing, media partner relations and programs
Deepen understanding of the fundamentals of media and enlighten team with new trends/insights
Learn to work with clients and present ideas
Interface with internal departments
Build relationships with Brand Strategists and Creatives
 

Qualifications:

2+ years of Media Planning experience in Broadcast, Digital, Local.
High degree of curiosity and an interesting worldview
Proficiency in the fundamentals of media
Strong critical thinker who is decisive, focused and insightful
Creative problem solver
Detail orientation and a high level of organization/ability to multi-task
Ability to simplify and solve problems, and see connections within data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work under tight deadlines and pressure


Proficiency in Excel, Word, data entry
Experience with media tools (Simmons, @Plan, Adviews, ComScore, etc.)
Comfortable with media fundamentals (reach/frequency, GRPs, CTRs, view-through, etc.)
