Junior Client Accountant


Junior Client Accountant 

We’re seeking a Junior Client Accountant to help support the Client Accounting team in managing clients’ finances.  This is a great opportunity for an individual to join a dynamic team and to help grow as a professional by being exposed to a wide variety of duties such as AR, AP, billing, expense reports, etc.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage client production – includes the budgeting of projects, approving and managing AP, AR, billing and employee expenses

Auditing and approving billable travel expense reports at a high volume to ensure compliance and adherence to client’s and agency’s travel policies

Perform a job cost analysis and reconcile to estimates 

Administer weekly budget and PO Analysis meetings with Account team for assigned clients

Prepare monthly GL reconciliations, record re-class and accrual journal entries

Assist with quarterly SOX testing and compliance

Work closely with Account Management teams on production Accounting and provide support 

Manage client-AP and coordinate with Vendors regarding payments

Training and supporting employees with the new software, Microsoft Dynamics AX

Assist with Ad Hoc projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related

1-3 years Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable or similar Accounting experience

Must be organized and able to work collaboratively and independently

Have excellent communication skills, a great sense of humor and a willingness to work in a demanding but fun work environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus

Advertising or related-industry experience is a plus

HR/Administrative Coordinator


HR/ADMINISTRATIVE COORDIANTOR

This is a great entry level learning opportunity for someone interested in working in Human Resources in a non-traditional, fun advertising agency environment. Your role would be to support a busy HR team and take on miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as needed.
 

RESPONSIBLIITES

Create, manage, organize, input and archive/file all new hire and freelance paperwork

Be an agency ambassador and coordinate and schedule college and student tours

Help support agency culture events and training as needed

Schedule candidates for interviews and help with their travel/accommodations if necessary

Maintain accurate HR Files for existing/former employees including any changes and vacation tracking

Manage performance review and mandatory training reminders

Keep track of completed reviews and training

Agency resource for HR and timekeeping systems

Provide IT and Accounting with HR reports as needed

Provide administrative support to the HR Department as needed

Occasionally cover Reception and Executive Assistant's vacations as needed

Communications Strategy Intern


Intern in our Communication Strategy Department – Winter/Spring 2020

We are looking for a proactive,  detail-oriented, resourceful, creative problem solver to join our Communications Strategy department as an Intern during the Winter/Spring of 2020.  

This is a part-time role. Ideal for a current Senior looking for some work experience.  We are hoping to find someone who can spend two-three full days in our office. This role could lead to a full-time position in our Communications Strategy Department upon your graduation.


Responsibilities may include:

Support Communication Strategists in their day-to-day role as needed

Conduct research and analysis

Create, manage and track media authorizations and billing

Help manage fulfillment of media, including media partner relations and programs

Learn the fundamentals of media 

Follow the advertising trade press and conversations
