This is a great opportunity for someone with about 2-3 years of experience in an account, production or project management capacity.
This Project Manager role tackles high volume, highly detailed, and fast paced projects with a proactive, positive attitude. This person is fastidious, a team player, and is comfortable communicating across multiple departments. This Project Manager will own the process for developing and routing Acquisition TV, radio, and print deliverables through the building. They will create and execute the plan for the work to be versioned appropriately and on-time, partnering with creative, motion, production, BA and traffic department. They will be the eagle eye that QAs versions for accuracy before work leaves the building.
This Project Manager role is considered part of the account management department, working in conjunction with account managers and reporting into the Project Manager Director. Assistant account managers, account managers, and a PM director would compliment the role.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Own and manage organizational systems to accurately version and track Acquisition deliverables (TV, radio, print)
Become a master of the versioning process
Seek to make process as accurate and efficient as possible
Is detail oriented, able to translate field requests into end card supers and VOs with accuracy
Build team's historical knowledge – becoming well versed in the language, claims, offers, and campaigns in order to quickly approve or flag items
Collaborate with creatives and production on language and approvals
Project manage schedules and maintain project momentum – looking ahead to reserving appropriate time with motion/edit
Partner with Partner agencies, BA & traffic to organizing talent, traffic and production needs
2-3 years of prior experience in an account, production or project management capacity is required.
