HR/ADMINISTRATIVE COORDIANTOR
 

This is a great entry level learning opportunity for someone interested in working in Human Resources in a non-traditional, fun advertising agency environment. Your role would be to support a busy HR/EDI team and take on miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as needed.

We are all currently working remotely, but our hope is that the person we hire will have an interest in working near our San Francisco office.  Once we are able, we will be going into the office a few times a week. Our office is located in downtown San Francisco.

 

RESPONSIBLIITES

Create, manage, organize, input and archive/file all new hire and freelance paperwork

Be an agency ambassador and coordinate and schedule college and student tours (once we are back in the office)

Help support agency culture events and training as needed

Schedule candidates for interviews and help with their travel/accommodations if necessary

Maintain accurate HR Files for existing/former employees including any changes and vacation tracking

Manage performance review and mandatory training reminders

Keep track of completed reviews and training

Agency resource for HR and timekeeping systems

Provide IT and Accounting with HR reports as needed

Provide administrative support to the HR Department as needed

Occasionally cover Executive Assistant's vacations as needed

Senior Research Strategist

Role & Responsibilities

Independently own and lead research projects from start to finish, setting the strategic research direction for your clients.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships - internally with colleagues across disciplines and externally with clients.

Guide strategy colleagues in determining the best research approach to get at the information that is needed. Must know various qualitative and quantitative approaches deeply to make the right recommendation. Know how to use the various methods independently for the most part, but also know how to collaborate with others to make a project better.

o   This includes ad hoc research, brand and ad trackers, concept or copy testing, naming/tagline, qualitative in-depth interviews, ethnographies and focus groups.

o   Know when to use/recommend advanced analytics:  conjoint/discrete choice, regression, correlation matrix. 

Bring strategic & creative ways of finding insight to the problem at hand

Ability to craft a compelling and inspiring presentation of the research. Includes landing on the key insights, a compelling narrative, and a clear visualization of the research findings.

Identify and correct implicit bias, racism, or other prejudices in any stage of the research process from design and hypotheses development through analysis.

Provide actionable insights that can influence the work, includes but not limited to interesting insights to inform learnings about a new audience, a brand’s positioning in the marketplace, findings to inform campaign optimization or other decision-making.

A confident presenter of research to internal and external teams.

Proactive communication with your senior leaders on your work and is not afraid to ask for mentorship from your seniors & proactively seek guidance.

Actively mentor junior strategists for their growth but also to produce the highest quality work for our clients.

Qualifications

At least five years of prior work experience doing research at a research agency, research company or creative agency, preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects, with quick turn-around.

Prior experience managing or mentoring.

At the moment, we are all working remotely, but our desire is to find someone who would be able to work out of our San Francisco or New York locations.

Account Manager


ACCOUNT MANAGER :

We have an immediate opportunity for an Account Manager with a minimum of three to four years of advertising agency experience.

We are looking for candidates who can do the following:

Qualifications:

You have experience with broadcast production - and can manage a broadcast shoot.

Account Managers are responsible for managing people and processes, so it is essential that you have prior management experience.

Agency Producer


We are fortunate to be one of the world’s leading creative agencies and our producers are integral to the award-winning work we make. Most full-fledged Producers at GS&P have been in the department for over 5+ years and have grown into greater leadership roles from the ground up.

An Agency Producer can confidently handle a wide range of productions and budgets, on their own. They are responsible for the day-to-day needs of a production, as listed below.

This role assumes approximately 3 to 4 years of dedication in order to gain the experience required to become a Senior Producer.

Job Duties:

Confidently handle a wide range of productions and budgets on your own.

Must maintain a relationship/communication with the EP on specified account you are working on.

Can work with, and answer questions from, cost consultants

Run production focused meetings with clients

Sets up weekly check-ins with EP

During this stage of their career, a producer finds and develops their “voice.” Such as:

how to manage/lead a meeting or a session

understanding the creative goals and help creatively guide the project

stays current with production partners (directors, editors, musicians, etc) to always be on the cutting edge of work.

Qualifications:

Thorough knowledge of the advertising agency structure and has experience working at an agency

Has a love for the arts (film, music, etc)

Is well-versed in established and upcoming talent (directors, editors, cinematographers, etc) to recommend partnerships

Self-motivated and highly organized individual

Strong communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Must be comfortable traveling

Fluent in most Microsoft programs (such as excel and word)

Not a mandatory, but is a plus to know basic still picture, video and audio editing.
