This is a great entry level learning opportunity for someone interested in working in Human Resources in a non-traditional, fun advertising agency environment. Your role would be to support a busy HR/EDI team and take on miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as needed.
We are all currently working remotely, but our hope is that the person we hire will have an interest in working near our San Francisco office. Once we are able, we will be going into the office a few times a week. Our office is located in downtown San Francisco.
Create, manage, organize, input and archive/file all new hire and freelance paperwork
Be an agency ambassador and coordinate and schedule college and student tours (once we are back in the office)
Help support agency culture events and training as needed
Schedule candidates for interviews and help with their travel/accommodations if necessary
Maintain accurate HR Files for existing/former employees including any changes and vacation tracking
Manage performance review and mandatory training reminders
Keep track of completed reviews and training
Agency resource for HR and timekeeping systems
Provide IT and Accounting with HR reports as needed
Provide administrative support to the HR Department as needed
Occasionally cover Executive Assistant's vacations as needed
