We are looking for someone with 2+ years of Media Planning experience to join our Communications Strategy department. In this role you will use your creativity and innovative thinking to assist our team in the day-to-day implementation of communication strategies and plans
Apply understanding of client objectives, consumers and media to planning
Teach and manage a Junior Communication Strategist
Contribute to media evaluation and selection
Manage fulfillment of media, including billing, media partner relations and programs
Deepen understanding of the fundamentals of media and enlighten team with new trends/insights
Learn to work with clients and present ideas
Interface with internal departments
Build relationships with Brand Strategists and Creatives
2+ years of Media Planning experience in Broadcast, Digital, Local.
High degree of curiosity and an interesting worldview
Proficiency in the fundamentals of media
Strong critical thinker who is decisive, focused and insightful
Creative problem solver
Detail orientation and a high level of organization/ability to multi-task
Ability to simplify and solve problems, and see connections within data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work under tight deadlines and pressure
Proficiency in Excel, Word, data entry
Experience with media tools (Simmons, @Plan, Adviews, ComScore, etc.)
Comfortable with media fundamentals (reach/frequency, GRPs, CTRs, view-through, etc.)
