We have an immediate opportunity for an Account Manager with a minimum of three to four years of advertising agency experience.

We are looking for candidates who can do the following:

Pro-actively lead the development process from ideas through execution

Support the growth and invest time in the development of the Assistant Account Managers on the account

Consistently bring independent, thoughtful POV’s to the table

Write and present clearly and persuasively

Champion great creative work

Is a trusted and empathetic partner to clients

Negotiate high-pressure situations in a positive, calm, objective, professional way

Take accountability to navigate and communicate timelines and deliverables

Stay positive, and knows how to keep people motivated


You must have prior advertising agency experience, working in account management or project management with client contact. 

You have experience with broadcast production - and can manage a broadcast shoot.

Account Managers are responsible for managing people and processes, so it is essential that you have prior management experience.

We are hoping to find someone who can come into the office 2 days a week which means we are looking for applicants who are based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Post Production IT Support Associate

Post Production IT Support Associate


Reporting to the Director of E-level (this is our Post-Production Department), this person will be the primary technical support representative for our agency’s post production groups:  Motion Graphics, Audio, Editorial, and MCR. The position is essentially a Tier 2 help desk role with a heavy focus on desktop support, some server/SAN support and projects related to maintaining or improving the technology aspects of production workflow for these groups. 

Though the position will allow some remote work to start, as our agency shifts back into using the office more, on-site support will be required at our San Francisco headquarters.

Primary job functions:

Install, maintain and troubleshoot post production workstations

Complete various projects related to post production workflow

Work with other IT staff or vendors to support related infrastructure

Research tools or processes to improve production technology

On occasion, assist agency IT crew with general support or projects

Required experience:

Extensive Mac support, some Windows (10/11) support

Familiarity/comfortability with command line

NLE app support, primarily Adobe Premiere

Basic networking (Ethernet & fiber)

Basic SAN support (e.g. Xsan, StorNext)

Film/Video production AV experience (cable routing, video I/O equipment)

Helpful experience:

Server administration (Mac, Win, or Linux)

StorNext administration

Scripting (shell, Perl, etc.)

Davinci Resolve

DAM/MAM systems (Cantemo currently)

Advertising Ops/Project Management Associate

Our largest client produces a tremendous amount of advertising every quarter, across all mediums (TV, OLV, radio/OLA, display, social, high-impact/custom). We are looking for a highly organized and detailed oriented individual to help manage the production and trafficking of these ads, acting as the liaison between the Account Management, Communication Strategy and Creative departments, and the media agency and publisher/vendor teams. This is a unique role for someone interested in seeing how Project Management, Creative Production, Ad Ops, Media, and Account Management intersect to execute multi-million-dollar campaigns.


Manage the day-to-day of creative production across channels (TV, OLV, radio/OLA, display, social, high-impact/custom)  

Generate and manage project timelines for all creative work tracks to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule

Collaborate with team members to identify and execute the continually improve processes, and communication channels where needed

QA & translate the media plan to develop and manage the consolidated list of deliverables for each campaign 

Attend internal and external project status and creative review meetings 

Assist with trafficking, creative rotations and swaps 

Assist with file QA and delivery of creative assets  


Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in advertising

Natural curiosity of how things work and ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes 

Basic understanding of digital advertising execution across channels (display, social, OLV, OLA, custom/high-impact) 

Ability to balance multiple projects, taking in information from various sources and follow through on deliverables

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to clearly communicate to a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Adept team player, with ability to work with remote team members

Highly service oriented and willing to go the extra mile

Proficient in G-Suite, Box & Microsoft Office

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

While some of our opportunities are fully remote, this role is not. The right candidate will be able to come into our San Francisco office two-to-three days a week.
