Junior Quantitative Strategist on our Research, Data and Analytics Team

Social Analytics Focus

We are looking for a lover of data who is also a creative thinker and dynamic storyteller to join our Research, Data and Analytics Department - a division of our strategy team.

The right person will have experience in or keen interest in asking the right questions, analyzing data, deriving fascinating insights and then relaying those insights in a compelling and engaging way to a team of non-data types - in a way that even a five year old could understand.

This role works within the creative world of advertising and has the fun (and oh-so-important) job of providing the spark that inspires the creative teams to develop the award winning work that we are known for. We will be dealing with all things data with an emphasis on social and really relying on the data in order to make creative decisions.

Day-to-day activities could include:  

Aggregating and interpreting campaign and/or extant data

Data mining and cleaning

Basic statistical analysis

Questionnaire programming and QA

Preparing and analyzing cross-tabulations

Conducting primary or secondary research to identify market trends, target audiences, or best practices across various clients and channels

Collaborating  cross-department on client deliverables

Synthesizing results into clear and visually-pleasing dashboards, reports, and/or client presentations

 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree, preferably in psychology, economics, mathematics, biology, statistics, or engineering

Experience and facility with Excel

Experience working in social media and/or digital media a plus

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; should feel comfortable with data analysis and be able to use data to make decisions and tell a story

Collaborative, flexible, and experience building relationships with internal groups

Self-directed and able to work independently; should be comfortable with change and ambiguity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with three to four years of advertising agency experience to join us in our San Francisco office.

Assistant Account Manager


Assistant Account Manager

We currently have an immediate opening in our Account Management Department for an Assistant Account Manager (AAM).  This is an opportunity to learn everything that goes into making an ad and how to become a great account manager.

This position interacts with the client and is responsible for the daily maintenance of the client's business and managing the daily flow of work through the agency as it relates to their clients.

The day-to-day responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:

Leading projects from start to finish:

Being responsible for kicking off a project, starting with a client brief, and working with strategy to develop a creative brief and get teams organized.

Briefing teams and building out the creative development and client review timeline

Leading client reviews, contact reports, and next steps

Types of projects include:

Running social assignments: creative development, daily monitoring, reporting and analytics, budget and media planning

Digital assignments: banners, website updates, video content for pre-roll

Print/OOH

Presenting:

The AAM is the voice of their projects both internally and with clients/agency partners

It is important that the AAM hone their writing and presentation skills so that they can continue to take on more and more as they grow into the next level.

Communication: Internal and Client

Keeping internal and external status documents up to date and clearly leading weekly status calls with clients and agency partners

This position interacts with all the disciplines of the agency. It is a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate managerial and entrepreneurial skills.
