Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Preparing accurate and timely client billings for production, media, and service fees while ensuring billing schedules and payment terms are in accordance with client contracts.

Coding and inputting vendor invoices and releasing payment to our vendors after receiving payment from the client.

Auditing employee expense reports to ensure compliance with agency and client policies and inputting expense reports into the accounting system.  

Preparing client job cost reports on a job by job basis and identifying and communicating areas of concern to account management and agency producers.

Monitoring accounts receivable, posting cash receipts, and following up with account management and/or client contacts to resolve delinquencies.

Desired skills and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of work experience in accounting.

Must be extremely organized and be able to work both collaboratively and independently.

Must have good communication skills, a great sense of humor and a willingness to work in our very crazy yet fun work environment.

Advertising and billing experience is a plus.

Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley Legislation is a plus.

Interactive Producer

We are looking for a motivated Interactive Producer. This person must be knowledgeable in all digital spaces – web, mobile, social networking, gaming, and web video. Key tasks include project planning and execution from inception to launch, which includes defining goals/scope, managing budget and schedules and creating strong working relationships with both internal teams and external vendors. Industry experience or client-side experience is a must.

The right person will have 2-3 years experience in leading mid to large scale digital productions on multiple accounts. And a strong desire to create the best interactive experiences in the world and add value to the digital projects with forward thinking production approaches.

Communications Strategy Director


We are looking for a Communication Strategy Director to join our outstanding team of strategists. The Comms Strat Director partners with brand strategists and account management to develop insights and write briefs defining the communication strategy for one of our key clients. This role leads the client relationship and provides a strong voice among inter-agency partners (internal and external).

The right person will have a high degree of curiosity and an interesting worldview, be a strong critical thinker who is decisive, focused and insightful. Deep knowledge and experience in the area of analytics and performance is also essential. 

If you have 7+ years relevant experience, proven success directing and supporting creative ideas, are fluent in analytics, research, brief writing and have experience with media tools (Simmons, @Plan, Adviews, ComScore, etc.) and a solid understanding of media (reach/frequency, GRPs, CTRs, view-through, etc.) then we want to hear from you.
